I enjoy this product very much however I haven’t received my recent order yet. I paid extra for 5 days shipping and it’s been about 2 weeks. So why did I pay for faster shipping if it was gonna take this long? I understand things take time but I paid $50 for faster shipping on an item that’s already expensive plus I’m Canadian so I have to pay the exchange rates too. I also understand once it’s shipped it’s out of your companies control it’s just very frustrating when you pay extra for faster service and it takes even longer. Hi Meghann, I do see it took 15 days to arrive and I agree that is too long after having paid $37.50 for shipping. It moved around in Canada for an entire week before they delivered it. I know it is frustrating to wait so long after paying for expedited shipping. Trust me, as a business owner I am super frustrated too.
