I've struggled with psoriasis for years that gets worst at time covering 50-60% of my body and it clears it so fast yes it does come back after awhile an u will have to re buy but it honestly helps if you have small psoriasis it's gone in days if u have scalp psoriasis let the oil sit in ur scalp for a week straight and keep appling it everyday trust me it keep my scalp free of scalps
